A video that went viral on social media earlier this week showed a woman’s incredible one-hand catch of a foul ball. What’s striking about the video is that the woman caught the ball with one hand, while holding her son in her other arm. The woman, identified as Lexy Whitmore, managed the impressive catch, while holding her three-year-old son Maverick at the same time. Anushka Sharma, who embraced motherhood a few months ago, shared a screenshot of this, and wrote, “Nothing we cannot do" along with emojis representing women.
The video was shared on YouTube by MLB along with the caption, “Moms can do anything while holding a baby, even catch a foul ball."
